Santa Fe Institute Complex Systems Summer School 2024
Participant
Santa Fe Institute Complex Systems Summer School (CSSS) 2024 consists of a series of lectures and workshops devoted to theory and tools in complexity science, applications-focused seminars, and discussions with faculty and fellow participants on diverse topics, such as economics, evolutionary theory, natural language processing, networks, nonlinear dynamics and scaling theory. I was one of only 40 participants globally selected for the program from the pool of 175+ applicants (<23% selection rate).
CSSS participants are expected to put what they learn from these didactic sessions into practice through group research projects, conducted throughout the program and often extending into manuscripts and longer-term collaborations.
